Cash deposits can be effected at an ATM. Additionally, for those who do not own a debit card, cash deposits at the Automated Payment Systems (APS) can be effected.

For those who do not yet own, please be informed that a debit card can be immediately issued at any bank branch.

Bulk payment orders

It is reminded that bulk payments towards companies are feasible, without the obligation of physical presence at the branch, via forwarding the payment file and using internet banking.

Account statements

You are kindly requested to avoid visiting branches for updating your savings’ booklet. It is strongly recommended to get a debit card and track information on balances and account transactions at any ATM. In any case, internet banking also can provide you detailed information about your balance and account transactions

Money transfers

Money transfers to accounts held at the same bank by the client or a third party, can be effected via ATMs or internet/mobile banking

Payments to third parties

Payments to third parties may be effected without the obligation of the customer's physical presence, via alternative networks (ATMs, internet/mobile banking) as well as special websites for payments, available by organizations and companies

Payment of tax liabilities

Payment of tax liabilities to local Tax Offices is feasible without issuing a cheque at a bank branch, and can be effected via an APS, ATM, TAXISnet ePOS, as well as internet/mobile banking
